Refund & Cancellation Policy

7+ Days Before Start: Full refund (minus fees).
Within 7 Days: Partial refund (at discretion).
After Start: No refunds.

3. Cancellations by Prolearnz

If we cancel, participants may choose a full refund or transfer to another course.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds processed in 7–14 business days (bank charges deducted).

5. Non-Refundable Items

Registration fees and customized training/workshops (special terms apply).

6. Transfers & Substitutions

Participants may request transfer to another course or nominate substitutes.
